Recently Apple has updated their famous web browser, Safari, to include extensions. Basically extensions are a way to add more functionality to your browsing experience. In this tutorial we will show you how to install and uninstall extensions in your Safari browser.
How To Install Safari Extensions
1. Launch Safari by searching it in Spotlight or by launching it from the dock.

2. When you are in Safari make sure you are on Safari 5.0.1 or higher. You can find out what version of Safari you are running by clicking on the Safari drop-down menu and clicking on “About Safari”.

3. Navigate to https://extensions.apple.com, this will take you to the Safari extensions page. From here you can choose an extension that you would like. You can view the extension library by scrolling down the page.
4. Once you have found an extension that you like, you can install that extension by pressing the Install Now button on the Safari extension page.

How To Uninstall Safari Extensions
1. To remove an extension from your Safari browser you will need to open Safari and click on the Safari drop-down menu, then you will need to click on Preferences.

2. When you are in the Preferences menu click on the tab that says
“Extensions”.

3. When you are on the extensions menu you will see a list of your extensions. To remove an extension click on the extension that you want to remove, then click “Uninstall”.
