More and more people Switching

If you’d told me 10 years ago that I’d be a Mac user, I would have laughed until my face turned blue. I’ll admit it, I was firmly in the “Linux or nothing” camp. I wasn’t even mildly interested in Apple – until OS X appeared. I remember thinking to myself while reading an early article on OS X - “A BSD core? Really? That’s kind of.. brilliant”.
And here I am now, typing this up on my MacBook Pro. My next computer purchase will be an iMac, maybe a Mac Pro. I think the iPod Touch is the most fantastic portable media player ever created (and I’ve owned about a dozen, from the first RIO PMP-300 on). I haven’t quite turned into a raving Mac fanboy, but anyone who asks for my opinion on computer purchases gets a very quick answer: “Buy a Mac”.
Macs rule! I use to not like macs also back in 8th grade and high school. But now since they switched to intel and Mac OS X like you said, I love it. I’m typing away on a Macbook 1st generation, and I love it! I am soon to get a new iMac. The new ones are so nice made out of aluminum and the black. I love it! I can’t tell you how much Mac is better.
1. No viruses
2. No rebooting
3. Yes they ARE good at gaming
4. I make my own songs so I LOVE garageband
5. The batteries last forever. Literally, I leave my Macbook on sleep the whole night when I’m sleeping it’s at 90 percent. I wake it up the next morning, it’s on 88 percent! I love that. The battery last for hours on this thing.
6. The keyboard is just smooth and very nice for typing.
7. Very nice accessories! I have the bluetooth wireless mighty mouse and NEW wireless keyboard. The keyboard is AMAZING! It fits on my desk and goes with my whole room! Good button features.
8. System preferences are so easy to use. Go into what? System preferences and everything is there for you.
9. Never overheats
10. VERY fast now since I upgraded my RAM
11. Awesome rechargeable battery and replaceable to!
12. Everything is easy. Anyone can use a computer with a mac.
13. The DOCK! This thing has to be the best invention on a computer since the monitor! It holds all of the applications I use the most and with programs I can change the color of the dock, background, line size and make others. If I want to go into a program I just hit say Camino or iTunes once and boom! Just like that it’s up in a second. Literally a SECOND!
14. It’s sexy! People always want to look at my mac. They always want to use it
15. It’s just….AWESOME!
I could go on and on for days why mac is better. Good article! I’m the first one to comment! Oh yeah baby! Since I switched to mac, my life has been better and my girlfriend has one now. She convinced 4 of her friends to get one and my brother is getting new macbook pro soon.
